Privacy & cookies

PmrOne is a concept in development. This notice explains how we handle requests for information during our UK validation campaign. Registration is available during the collection period stated below. We do not sell a product or take payments through this website.

Who is responsible

The controller is New-Fie Srl, Via Fra Bartolomeo 15, 20146 Milan, Italy, VAT IT08974340963. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@pmr.one. Alex Morelli manages these requests on behalf of New-Fie Srl.

Information we collect

The form asks for your first and last name, preferred reply channel, the corresponding email address or WhatsApp mobile number, and primary use case. Only the contact detail for the channel you choose is required and retained. City, organisation, estimated device requirements, expected frequency of use and comments are optional. Please do not provide health information, other sensitive information, criminal-offence information or details about other people.

We also record the submission time, the wording and time of your enquiry acknowledgement, the privacy notice version, source page and campaign parameters provided with your request. These help us administer requests and understand aggregate campaign response. They do not create permission for advertising audiences or unrelated marketing. Hosting and security services may process connection, device and operational log information to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to identify and administer your request, select information relevant to your stated use case, and provide the PmrOne documentation you requested through your chosen channel. We use aggregate totals to assess interest in the concept. Our basis is legitimate interests in responding to requests initiated by visitors and evaluating this limited campaign, balanced against your privacy and reasonable expectations. Security and abuse prevention also rely on legitimate interests in protecting the website and its users. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Providing information is voluntary and is not a statutory or purchase-contract requirement. Without the required fields we cannot process a request through this form; you can browse the website without submitting it. Optional answers may be left blank. There are no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Requested replies only

You choose Email or WhatsApp. Documentation is sent manually: email from hello@pmr.one, hosted by SiteGround, or a reply using the WhatsApp Business app. Submitting a request asks us to provide the information described on this website using that channel. The acknowledgement is not consent to newsletters, calls, SMS campaigns, unrelated offers or recurring promotional messages. We will not reuse your enquiry for those purposes without a separate lawful permission. You can ask us to stop responding at any time.

Storage and recipients

Enquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI provides hosted-data processing under its Sites Data Processing Addendum, using infrastructure providers and subprocessors, including Cloudflare. For our EEA account, the DPA contracting party is OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised administrators acting for New-Fie Srl. Controlled exports may be used to administer requests and privacy rights. We do not publish your contact details or transfer them to Odoo or another CRM.

SiteGround processes email content and recipient information needed for email delivery and storage, under its data processing terms. If you choose WhatsApp, your phone number and the requested correspondence are processed using WhatsApp Business. Its Business App terms and data processing terms distinguish customer-data processing on our behalf from WhatsApp's own service, security and operational processing. WhatsApp's own processing is governed by its applicable privacy information. We do not authorise providers to use your enquiry for independent marketing on our behalf. No email or WhatsApp delivery automation is connected to this form.

International processing

These services operate internationally; information may be processed outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. We do not promise UK-only or EU-only storage. The Sites DPA provides for standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum for UK data, and appropriate EEA transfer mechanisms. SiteGround and WhatsApp publish their relevant transfer terms with their processing agreements. You may contact privacy@pmr.one for information about applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.

Collection deadline and retention

This is New-Fie Srl's only currently planned UK validation campaign. New registrations close at the end of 31/12/2026, Europe/Rome. This is the collection deadline, not a date when every existing record is immediately erased.

We retain enquiry records and associated correspondence for 12 months after the last actual contact, unless you request earlier deletion or an applicable legal requirement justifies further retention. Alex Morelli reviews records due for deletion at least monthly. This is a manual process, not an automatic scheduled purge. The same policy covers controlled exports, email and WhatsApp correspondence within our control. Last-contact dates must reflect actual contact, not routine internal reviews.

We delete records from active systems when due and handle recoverable copies under the applicable provider backup and deletion processes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period under those processes; immediate erasure of every backup is not promised. If data is restored, applicable deletion instructions must be reapplied before ordinary use. Pseudonymous anti-abuse counters become eligible for deletion within 24 hours and are cleared on the next qualifying request or protected manual maintenance. An idle database can retain expired counters until that action. Raw IP addresses are not stored in that counter table. Infrastructure providers may maintain separate security logs.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@pmr.one. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and normally respond within 1 calendar month, subject to applicable legal rules. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Italian data protection authority. You do not need to contact us first to exercise a right to complain.

Cookies and measurement

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QLPX3ZZ26S) is optional and relies on your consent. We use it to measure page visits, sessions, completed Early Access enquiries and campaign attribution. The Google tag is blocked until you choose Accept analytics or enable Analytics in Manage preferences. Reject optional prevents analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied, and Google signals and advertising personalisation signals are disabled. No Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tag is installed. The enquiry acknowledgement is separate from analytics consent.

Google receives pseudonymous browser/session identifiers, technical device information, approved campaign parameters and page/event data. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, comments, other form answers or registration receipts to Google Analytics. Unknown URL parameters and URL fragments are excluded from our event configuration, and referrers are reduced to their origin. Do not put personal information in campaign parameters. Google processes connection information, including IP addresses, when its script loads and measurement requests are sent. See Google Privacy Policy, Google data processing terms and UK transfer safeguards. Processing can occur internationally, including in the United States; UK-only or EEA-only processing is not promised.

Essential local storage pmrone_cookie_preferences records your category choice, notice version and time for up to 180 days, unless cleared sooner or a new notice version requires renewed consent. After opt-in, first-party _ga and _ga_QLPX3ZZ26S cookies identify the browser/session for up to 180 days without renewal on every visit. Optional session storage pmrone_ga4_landing keeps the sanitised landing attribution for the browser tab session. Optional local storage pmrone_ga4_receipts keeps opaque completion receipts for up to 180 days to suppress repeated conversion events in the same browser. Receipts are not sent to Google. A completion is measured only after persistent registration is confirmed by the server; this is not evidence of a purchase.

Use Cookie preferences on any page to change your choice. Reject optional withdraws consent, stops analytics, removes our accessible analytics cookies and optional measurement storage, and reloads the page to remove loaded analytics listeners. Unsent form entries may be lost on that reload. This does not automatically erase earlier data already held by Google; contact privacy@pmr.one for an erasure request and applicable information. Analytics remains optional; registration works when it is refused. The legacy headline experiment remains disabled. Hosting security and access controls process essential technical data separately. Google property-level retention settings are managed separately from the 12-month enquiry-record policy.

When you use the language selector, the first-party pmrone_language cookie remembers your choice for up to 365 days. It is used only to display your chosen language.
